THE BACKGROUND

Brussels Airlines is the flag carrier and largest airline of Belgium. As they had just renewed their Business Class entirely, the couldn’t wait to show it to the world and more importantly, their enterprise customers. Inviting them for a physical tour is something very time consuming, so this is exactly where virtual comes to play.

THE IDEA

We recreated the complete cabin in 3D since holding a plane on the ground for more than 6 hours is almost undoable. This way we were able to create an interactive experience with animated objects. Not only could people have a proper 1on1 experience with the overall business class, we also animated the different new features, such as the declining seats and bigger tv screens.

We helped Brussels Airlines launching their new business class during 6 events across Europe, where 50 custom branded headsets took their possible new customers on a journey through the airplane.

THE RESULTS

Well, sales increased by 17% for business seats, generated with the B2B Department of Lufthansa 9 months after the campaign launched. Because of this amazing result, the sales department turned their powerpoint presentations into fully fledged VR experiences for all of their new products, taking full advantage of the impact and engagement of technology such as virtual reality.
