THE BACKGROUND
BEE’s SO SMALL YET ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL TO LIFE AS WE KNOW IT ON EARTH. TODAY, EUROPE IS HOME TO thousands of different wild pollinators ACROSS ALL OF Europe. They display an incredible variety of sizes, and shapes, THAT ALL ADD TO OUR WAY OF LIFE. However, if WE WERE TO IGNORE THEM ANY LONGER THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT TODAY might disappear, AND CHANGE FOR THE WORST THE LIFE WE NEED AND LOVE.
THE IDEA
Let’s time travel to 2050. Enter Pollinator Park Metaverse. A 30 - minute emotionally engaging virtual experience, A SHIFT IN TIME AND SPACE THAT UNVEILS THE WORLD AS IT COULD BE: A SPACE Where man and nature come together in PERFECT harmony. Or to put it in the words of Dr. Beatrice Kukac’s: “Pollinator Park, a safe hEaven for pollinators and an eye-opener for its visitors.” Similar to what Jurassic Parc is for Dinosaurs, we wanted to create a similar world for our beloved Pollinators. Focusing on the positive and inviting people in a world where bees get to thrive.
A WORLD OF EMOTION
Pollinator Park was designed in collaboration with world renowned ‘archiobiotect’ Vincent Callebaut. For the first time in his career, Mr. Callebaut designed a building and environment with a solely metaverse purpose.
The goal was clear: to create an emotionally, engaging experience which reaches a broad target audience. And the result is there. A full virtual reality experience emerges visitors in a green paradise world whereas an in-browser experience ensures the same story through the comfort of your own pc.
